RETURNS

Salty Mane strives to make you happy with your purchase throughout the entire shopping experience. 

We allow a 10 day return policy from date of delivery for order or date purchased in store. Merchandise may be returned for a store credit.  Online orders it is customer's responsibility to send return items to us. No return labels will be paid for on our end.

All sale items are final sale. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items. Bodysuits, bralettes, jewelry, accessories, hats and cups are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Any return received with any stains to include deodorant and makeup, smells of smoke, pet odor, body odor will not be accepted. If the item does not qualify for a return customer is responsible for shipping to receive non qualified return item back. 

ONLINE ORDER RETURN PROCESS:

1. Please refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Please first email support@saltybeachboutique.com to let us know of your return/exchange request. Or if local you can come by the shop. Exchanges are subject to availability.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choiceWe suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. Salty Mane is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us.
Once processed you will receive an email with the gift card or code that can be applied at checkout.

DEFECTIVE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.

  • Email a picture of the defective/damaged area to support@saltymanebeauty.com
  • You will receive a response from our support team within 24 business hours.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S):

1. If you refuse a confirmed/shipped order you will be charged the original shipping cost.
2.  If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. You will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery.
